Ronda Chapleski is an award-winning realtor with more than 30 years of experience working with people from all walks of life throughout Broomfield County and its many surrounding communities. Consistently lauded in the top 5% of realtors nationwide in one of the most competitive Colorado markets, Ronda is an ambitious, hard-working realtor with in-depth local area knowledge and experience.

Ronda received her master's degree in real estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has since acquired numerous notable designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and the National Association of REALTORS. She also previously served on her former firm's luxury division and is experienced with national and international relocation.

Ronda and her husband have lived in Broomfield for 35 years and counting. Not only do they have deep ties to the community, but they raised their two now-adult sons in the area. Her children attended the Boulder Public Schools and several elite universities, where they received their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Both boys were also fortunate enough to play as Division 1 athletes, and Ronda is immensely proud of them and their achievements.

As a dedicated and philanthropic member of the Broomfield community, Ronda regularly volunteers for important organizations like the St. Jude's Children Network, 100 Women Who Care of Broomfield County, and the Broomfield Community Foundation.

Living in such a beautiful region with breathtaking natural surroundings, Ronda frequently takes advantage of the outdoors to enjoy trail running, hiking, camping, skiing, and hot yoga.
